JOB FUNCTIONS

Brand Asset Management:

Serve as the Digital Asset Manager, maintaining, updating, and organizing brand assets
Ensure all new product copy, tone, voice, packaging copy, and assets are created, updated, and distributed across team resources
Maintain the organization, creation, and flow of brand assets cross-departmentally

Brand Execution Support:

Assist in minor design projects as needed
Assist in photoshoot planning including mood boards, shot list and day-of execution
Help maintain Schilling's digital presence across e-retailers and distributor sites to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work closely with the brand team to understand and showcase the brand's tone and voice in short-form copywriting

Collaboration and Organization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive messaging
Be SUPER organized, ensuring deadlines and project timelines are consistently met

Requirements

Experience

1-2 years of Professional In-house Branding/Marketing or Agency experience is required
Proficient in Adobe Create Suite is a must
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and using basic formulas.
Experience in CPG a plus

Requirements

Must be located in WA or OR
Must be 21+ years of age
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a booster shot completed
Lead by example and taking initiative; be outgoing and approachable
Be self-driven and self-motivated
Work independently and as part of the team

Benefits

Starting salary $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
