In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team through the full cycle of processing end-of-life IT equipment—ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity every step of the way. With operations connected to global logistics and sustainability goals, your work directly contributes to responsible technology reuse and recycling.

What you'll be doing:

Managing warehouse functions like receiving, inventory, testing, and shipping.
Designing and enforcing efficient workflows and quality control measures.
Leading and developing your team through coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day guidance.
Generating reports and using data to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need:

3–5+ years of operations/warehouse supervisory experience.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
