Role Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse management strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage the inventory control and stock management systems.
Coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize processes.
Prepare and manage the warehouse budget and expenses.
Implement technology solutions to enhance operations.
Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Direct the scheduling and assignment of warehouse tasks.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
6+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics role.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20 or more.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to work on-site in the United States.
