Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal and client-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at balancing multiple priorities, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

As a Project Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure alignment between business goals and project execution. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to maintain a flexible work schedule while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and resources
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Document project progress, updates, and changes using project management tools
Collaborate with recruiting, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives
Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in staffing, HR, or tech environments
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Opportunity for contract extension or full-time transition
