Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Your ability to work with precision and pay attention to detail is crucial, as you will be managing large volumes of information and ensuring its accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data into the organization's databases and systems with high accuracy.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure data integrity and quality.
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
Respond to inquiries regarding data entries and provide support to team members as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and database management software.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
