Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for an Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our team’s productivity. You’ll manage administrative tasks, maintain systems, and foster a positive and professional company culture. This role has growth potential, starting with system management and scaling to handle more complex project management duties and overall office administration.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain office operations, including scheduling and communication systems.
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence effectively and professionally.
Coordinate with field supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Oversee document and file management for projects.
Provide financial reporting and support payroll and accounts management in collaboration with leadership.
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding processes.
Foster and maintain a collaborative company culture by organizing team events and newsletters.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all operations.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience with office equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in a similar role
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
