Join our dynamic team as a Senior UX/UI Designer/Developer and lead the creation of innovative, user-centered solutions for call center operations and customer-facing tools. Leverage your expertise in AWS Connect to enhance customer journeys and streamline agent workflows in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of intuitive user interfaces for customer tools, including self-service portals and agent dashboards.
Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and customer service teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
Design and develop AWS Connect contact flows and integrations to enhance customer and agent experiences.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS Connect solutions based on analytics and user feedback.

Skills

Proven experience in UX/UI design and development, particularly for call centers and customer service tools.
Strong knowledge of AWS Connect and related services such as AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex.
Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-driven customer service tools like chatbots.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Knowledge of customer behavior analytics and service optimization.
