POSITION OVERVIEW

To report to the Director, Operations on a day-to-day basis on all relevant supply chain and operations activities which includes effective management of inventory allocation tracking and inbound receipt of products by sea.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inbound Tracking & Receiving

Own relationship with our Global Logistics Team (in the UK) and communicate as needed with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers.
Work closely with our broker on receiving containers.
Manage and Update internal spreadsheets with relevant delivery ETA’s

Freight Purchase Orders

Managing and processing international freight invoices into our ERP
Month-end reporting

Inventory

Monthly Inventory Reconciliation
Manage End to End Inventory (Inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments)
Management and updating of our internal Item List
Allocation tracking:
Ensure we ship in accordance to previously established allocations by channel.
Daily internal collaboration with channel stake holders
External communication on occasion directly with vendor partners

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

BS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 4 years work experience
2 year minimum experience required working with international freight and container shipping
2 year minimum experience required working with ERP’s (bonus for working with Microsoft Dynamics)
Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel
Excellent problem-solving skills and works well under pressure.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced & highly demanding environment
Excellent communicator and relationship building
