Position Summary

The Vice President of Marketing will lead strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through data-informed strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Marketing will align marketing efforts with our purpose and support market-specific goals across our diverse Family of Companies (FOCs)—including the bank, insurance company, and hospitality businesses—to help drive overall profitability and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the marketing team, manage budgets and partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with company goals
Develop and lead brand strategy and awareness efforts by ensuring consistent messaging, reflecting core values, and strengthening the Family of Companies' presence through campaigns, community engagement, and digital channels
Drive customer growth and retention by using market insights, segmentation, and personalized engagement to design targeted campaigns that convert and deepen relationships
Align marketing with revenue goals by supporting local market needs, optimizing customer lifetime value, and contributing to overall business profitability and growth
Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, forecast trends, measure performance, and foster a data-driven culture across teams
Strengthen community and business relationships by aligning outreach across departments, representing the FOCs at events, and building trust in local markets
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or another related field
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally within banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and data interpretation.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
