Summary

We’re looking for a Designer to bring our brand to life through impactful, high-quality packaging design across our suite of products. You’re a big-picture thinker and hands-on maker who understands the power of design in shaping perception, building connection, and inspiring action.

As a key member of the creative team, you’ll collaborate with marketing, innovation, product, and retail partners to translate strategy into thoughtful design that is beautiful, effective, and true to brand.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work is strategically sound, conceptually inspiring and creatively powerful.
Be a hands-on design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through implementation.
Reinforce Chobani’s visual identity system and photography style and implement it into all design work, ranging from packaging to digital properties.
Collaborate with Integrated Production to ensure executional excellence.
Generate ideas and articulate your point of view clearly, defending it with the larger team.
Translate creative briefs into strategic design solutions that tell a compelling story.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
Produce digital assets (e.g., social content, web visuals, email headers), while prioritizing overall brand expression.
Be open to learning new processes and tools for creation.
Generate content quickly and perfectly making sure to stick to deadlines.

Requirements

3+ years of professional design experience in an ad agency, in-house, or marketing services role with a bachelor’s degree, or 4–6 years of experience with certification or equivalent.
Proficient in standard design tools.
Experience in a design agency, in-house team, or marketing services environment preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work, including identity, packaging, editorial, and digital design.
Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and storytelling.
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for building meaningful, design-led brand experiences.
Self-propelled and not waiting for instruction.
Craft-obsessed.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, plus bonus.
