Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Outgoing Shipments: Packing orders, printing labels, and coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Completing shipping and receiving logs, updating electronic systems, and maintaining accurate records of all movements.
Communication and Collaboration: Interacting with vendors, drivers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensuring that the warehouse or facility is clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues with shipments, inventory, or equipment.
Adhering to Safety Regulations: Following all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
Receiving, stocking, and stacking
Pulling, packing, and loading
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Able to lift over 50lbs

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
Basic computer and software skills
Forklift certification within 90 days of job entry date
