We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Delivery Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, handling local deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping:
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards
- Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation (e.g., packing slips, tracking info)
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers
Receiving:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment
- Verify contents against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Organize and store received items in designated areas
Delivery:
- Perform local deliveries and pickups to/from customers
- Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Inventory & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory management systems
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or delivery roles
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
