Aviation Search Group is partnered with a leading commercial MRO client based in Arizona to identify a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee both inbound and outbound logistics operations across domestic and international channels. This key leader will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics processes while driving performance and coordination across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage logistics operations across two sites.
Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Collaborate with LSPs for warehousing, customs brokerage, and hazardous materials transportation.
Monitor logistics performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export/import regulations.
Lead the Receiving Team in alignment with FAA Quality Systems and company policies.
Review receiving metrics and implement process improvements as needed.
Coordinate the dispatching of drivers and fleet vehicles across facilities.
Schedule and communicate material deliveries and pickups effectively.
Occasional travel between Marana and Tucson facilities; potential international travel as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or international trade.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Familiarity with FAA compliance requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
