We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in technical and data-driven environments. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile processes, strong analytical skills, and experience with data products such as Python, SQL, DBT, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and capable of supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Must-Have Requirements:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects.
Exposure to data products and tools such as Python, SQL, DBT, and Snowflake.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine technical requirements.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support other Agile ceremonies.
Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with data engineers and developers to support solution design and implementation.
Assist with data mapping and process mapping activities as needed.
