As Director, FP&A you will report to the VP of Finance and will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and growth at ActiveCampaign. What your day could consist of:

Manage a growing team of finance professionals charged with analyzing, forecasting, and improving individual business units (Sales & Marketing, Tech & Product, etc.)
Coach team members on best practices of being a finance business partner, providing guidance, coaching, and support to promote their growth and development
Engage with leadership across the business and act as a strategic partner and advisor, helping guide them through key business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to support the company’s growth
Work closely with the Corporate Finance team to determine how to achieve company-wide goals by influencing key business leaders
Implement financial strategies and plans while aligning to the company's overall goals and objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the company’s financial performance
Partner with Accounting on monthly closes by reconciling actual results to forecast
Partner with peers in the Finance and Accounting group to optimize processes, systems and analytical tools.

What is needed:

12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance with a focus on top line growth
6+ years of people management experience, including leading high-performing teams
Prior experience in SaaS, software, or high-growth technology companies
Proven ability to understand and proactively communicate the financial implications of business decisions and evolving market dynamics
Extensive experience preparing and presenting financial analyses, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to executives and senior-level stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and concise recommendations
A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and communicate overarching trends and strategic opportunities to senior management
